encasacr.com is an aggregator. We index publicly available Costa Rica real-estate listings so they can be searched on one bilingual map, and we link every listing back to its original source.

What we publish

• Factual listing data only: price, size, location, and features.
• A link back to the original source listing.
• Short property summaries we generate; we do not republish source descriptions verbatim.

What we do not publish

• Personal contact details (agent phone, email, or WhatsApp). Inquiries are routed through us.
• Full-resolution source photography re-hosted on our servers.

Automated access

Search engines and AI answer engines are welcome to crawl public pages (see /robots.txt and /llms.txt). Bulk scraping, automated harvesting, or republishing of our compiled database is not permitted. We may rate-limit or block abusive automated traffic.

Removal requests

Owners and rights-holders can ask us to remove a listing at any time. Request a removal →

Listing data comes from third-party sources and may be out of date or inaccurate. Always verify details with the source and a qualified professional before making any decision. encasacr.com is not a party to any transaction.
